The Nike Zoom Kobe Bryant IV sneakers were recently introduced.  The Kobe 4 Low Top Basketball shoes weigh only 11.6 oz, lighter than the Nike Hyperdunk sneakers which every High School Basketball and Nike sponsored College basketball team currently wear. Nike Air Penny II

Nike recently re-released the Nike Air Penny II basketball shoe.  The sneakers feature a black and white upper, along with a blue outsole and Nike Air sole unite at the heel. The colorway is inspired by the colors of the Orlando Magic, which all of us recognize as the home of Penny Hardaway.  The Nike Air Penny II is a hoops shoe designed specifically for Penny Hardaway. It features a leather and synthetic combination upper for durability and stability on the court, plus a Phylon midsole for added air time and a visible heel air bag to rock your ride through the entire game. It also has a non-marking rubber outsole with herringbone pattern for traction.  The basketball shoes retail for $134.99 at Eastbay.

Lebron James recently led Team USA and the Redeem Team to Gold in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Lebron has been playing at the highest level and the Michael Jordan comparison is becoming more and more evident as Lebron gets better every year.

Nike Basketball and Lebron James introduce The Zoom Lebron VI (6) is designed to have a more futuristic look rather than the basketball type look that we have seen in the past with the first five models.

Nike Hyperdunk 2015 Sneakers

The Nike Hyperdunk basketball sneakers were first worn by Kobe Bryant on April 10, 2008.  The Nike Hyperdunk 2015 sneakers will release on July 27, 2008.

The Nike Hyperdunk sneakers were inspired by the late 80’s movie character Marty McFly played by Michael J Fox in the film Back to the Future II. Looking at the Hyperdunk’s overall shape, distinctive heel counter and midsole, these features all hearken back to this original concept shoe.

As part of the launch, Nike will introduce limited Hyperdunk colorways leading up to the retail debut of the Hyperdunk. One of those limited products is the Hyperdunk 2015.

The Hyperdunk 2015 will continue this tribute to the original concept shoe by borrowing some of the iconic coloring that made the shoes so striking. The upper of the Hyperdunk 2015 features the same matte grey and white colors that appeared on the original. It also features the grey and teal speckled midsole that jumped off Marty McFly’s original footwear, as well as glow in the dark panels that give the shoe a futuristic feel.

Additionally the Hyperdunk 2015 will feature call outs to the film including graphics from McFly’s hover board on the sock liner and a few more subtle references for people to discover on their own.

Consumers will be able to find the Hyperdunk 2015 at Nike House of Hoops as well as Niketown and other select Nike retailers.
